For garlic lovers this vinaigrette is a dream. A blend of olive oil and red wine vinegar with an emphasis on garlic and a compliment of oregano and thyme. We added chopped calamata olives and sun dried tomato for a true Mediterranean flavor. Makes a quick pasta salad.
Serving Suggestions: Use it on pasta salads; as a marinade for pork, chicken, fish and veggies before grilling. Great for bread dipping!
