We try to do right by our customers and have thought a lot about the best way to calculate our shipping while covering our costs involved. Our products are carefully packaged so they arrive in the best possible condition. This involves lots of packing material and sturdy containers.
To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our candies, orders received toward the end of the week may (depending on distance of destination and anticipated weather conditions) be shipped the beginning of the following week. Packages are sent by our choice of carriers, but our usual delivery is USPS or UPS Ground. USPS runs Monday through Saturday but UPS only picks up packages Monday through Friday.
Below you will find our ESTIMATED shipping & handling rates as rates adjust frequently. Additional charges may apply for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska. Hawaii and Alaska orders are sent by U.S.P.S. only.
Additional Shipping will be added to Foreign Orders. Foreign shipments are subject to Foreign Customs and may not be permitted in! Please check out the restrictions for your country before placing the order. You will be responsible for any incurred Customs or import fees or duties. International orders are sent by U.S.P.S. only.
* We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will provide you with your tracking number if needed and then you will need to deal directly with the Postal Service to resolve any shipping issues.
