Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Uncle Rob uses raspberries as his first ingredient in this vinaigrette that gives it a distinctive, intense fruit flavor that sets it apart. Aged balsamic vinegar adds depth and richness. Makes a wonderful glaze. Try it as a dipping sauce for fruit and vegetables.

Serving Suggestions: Try it on spinach salad and fruit salads or use it as a marinade.
