Truffle oil with chopped roasted shallots is a great in all pasta dishes. Brush over pork, chicken and fish before grilling, roasting. Use as a finishing glaze or marmalade with steaks and chops. Toss over roasted potatoes and use as a salad dressing.
Ingredients: Basalmic vinegar 4.5% acidity, truffle oil, extra virgin olive oil, shallots.
