Once a coveted, traditional Southwestern holiday dish, Candelaria's Carne Adovada can now easily be enjoyed any time of year!
In this dish pork is marinated in the spices mixed with water, and then cooked in a crock pot or oven. Serve with pinto, black or Anasazi beans, rice and warm flour tortillas.
For an easy dinner, cook in a crock pot for 4-6 hours on low or bake in a covered baking dish for a more traditional rendition. Cooking directions are on the back of the packet. All natural. Gluten Free.
