Red Enchilada Stew

This delicious stew is rich with red chiles, tomatoes and the perfect Southwestern spices. Top off your bowl of soup with grated cheese. Even better with a flour tortilla or cornbread on the side. Mild heat.
Ingredients:Potatoes, Dehydrated Vegetables, Red Chile Pods, Paprika, Salt, Corn Starch, Dehydrated Tomato, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, Vinegar Solids), Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, and Citric Acid.
